Tee Whitehall is a professional, qualified Operations, Customer Services and Project Manager with 35 years experience in Sales and Service Industries, with the second half of her career in Higher Education where she lead and created bespoke Professional Support Services, developed systems and services in Online Learning, International Student Operations as well as working in both Vocational Training and in the implementation and delivery of Apprenticeships. Over a varied career Tee has spearheaded a national conceptual sales method for Granada Rentals and worked in the automotive industry as a Regional Manager. Moving on to Higher Education Tee joined Derby University where over 9 years she managed the Collaborative Provision, Project Managed the development and implementation of University of Derby Online. Created a bespoke one-stop shop service for international students and took part in 2 major audits. Following this working in the private higher education sector, Tee ran 3 UK campuses for an international creative media institute; while there she was tasked with the interior redesign of the campus building to make more student friendly as part of her role to improve the student experience and increase student recruitment. In 2015 Tee joined Pearson UK appointed as Head of Student Success within a new UK operation Online Programme Management she scoped the service offering for UK HE partners institutions, developed and implemented a service model that delivered personalised online student service worldwide. After moving to France in 2019 to open and develop a holiday gite business, when the pandemic struck Tee was called back as a consultant within the higher education sector, specifically focussed on the development of moving on-campus operations to virtual platforms with her expertise in online learning and virtual support. Following this Tee has worked on several other projects including service reviews, in preparation for UKVI compliance audit, process evaluations and system improvements. Tee relishes a challenge and is passionate about service design to enable providing exemplary levels of service in any operation resulting in delivering a positive customer experience to a broad range of people. She credits smart innovative systems and simple effective processes that are easy to follow, leads to great performance and customer satisfaction. In her spare time Tee other than being a mad cat woman!!, is learning to speak French and Spanish but is happiest spending time being creative with a team of other crafters painting, making pottery, knitting, and making things generally, she also likes gardening, swimming, cycling, eating out and wine tasting, which is important living in the Loire Valley!
